NBB ANNOUNCED AS LEAD PARTNER OF THE 2ND ANNUAL MENTORSHIP FORUM MIDDLE EAST

Manama – 24 April 2020:  Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) today announced National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) as the Forum’s Lead Partner for a second year.  Following the successful launch of the Forum in 2019, the second edition is set to take place in November 2021 in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a hybrid event. With businesses and professionals having faced unprecedented challenges over the past year as a result of Covid-19, this year’s theme will focus on Prioritising Mentorship in a New World”.

THINK TANK ANNOUNCED FOR THE 2ND ANNUAL MENTORSHIP FORUM MIDDLE EAST

Manama – 3 May 2021:  Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) today announced the formation of a mentorship “Think Tank” to lead in shaping the Forum’s 2021 programme focusing on Prioritising Mentorship in a New World”


The Forum, which will be held as a hybrid event in the Kingdom of Bahrain in November 2021, will leverage the knowledge and expertise of the “Think Tank”, comprised of a group of prominent C-suite leaders and senior HR and mentorship experts. Members of the “Think Tank” include: Ahmed H. Janahi, Head of Partnerships & Market Engagement of Labour Fund “Tamkeen”, Dana Buheji, Group Chief Human Resources & Sustainability Officer of National Bank of Bahrain, Farah Foustok, Managing Director & CEO of Lazard Gulf Ltd., Marwa Al Saad, Head-Human Capital of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, Mutlaq H. Al-Morished, CEO of Tasnee, Nick Savastano, Founder of Beyond Thinking, Rana Ghandour Salhab, People & Purpose Partner, Member of the Regional Executive Committee of Deloitte Middle East, Terrence Harrison, Manager Oil & Gas Academy of Bahrain Petroleum Company.

MUMTALAKAT ANNOUNCED AS PARTNER FOR THE 2ND ANNUAL MENTORSHIP FORUM MIDDLE EAST

Manama – 29 May 2021:  Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) 2021 today announced that Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has partnered with the Forum for its second edition, Prioritising Mentorship in a New World”, that will take place as a hybrid event in Bahrain in November 2021.

 

As a Forum Partner, Mumtalakat’s vast experience in the field of training and development of human capital will play a key role in raising awareness of the importance of mentorship in accelerating career progression and professional growth for the next generation of business leaders in Bahrain and across the region.


Ms. Marwa Al Saad, Head-Human Capital at Mumtalakat joins the Forum’s “Think-Tank” that comprises prominent regional and international business leaders and talent development experts, who will assist in setting the event’s agenda.  In line with this year’s theme, topics to be explored will include workplace changes and challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, gaps in training and development and the part mentorship can play in ensuring talent development goals are on track in the new working world.

MENTORSHIP FORUM MIDDLE EAST ANNOUNCES WORKSHOP FOR HR PROFESSIONALS ON ORGANISATIONAL TRANSFORMATION

Manama – 21 August 2021: Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) today announced its first of a series of workshops ahead of its 2nd Annual event to be held in November 2021, which will focus on Prioritising Mentorship in a New World”


The workshop, set to take place on September 2, 2021, is being held to support HR professionals in better understand and applying the principles of mentorship to their broader human capital development initiatives and programmes. Under the theme “How to Use Mentorship to Transform Your Organisation”, HR professionals will learn hands on practical tools for developing successful programmes with the session, to be held as a virtual event, looking specifically at the benefits and business case for mentoring, the key pillars for world-class mentoring schemes, common programme pitfalls and the adoption of virtual mentoring in light of the ongoing effects of the pandemic.
